There are five initiatives to our organization that we’re really proud of.
Love Our City is more than a brand, it’s a regional movement that desires to empower and equip communities. From our Destiny Community Center, School and Community Outreach programs, and community partnerships, we’re making a tremendous impact with your help.

Special Needs Initiative
“Sometimes even the greatest joys bring challenge, and children with special needs inspire a very special love.” This is a forgotten and neglected population. When we say we “Love Our City” — we mean every family, every individual, and every child. We’re not leaving the special needs behind. We are grabbing their hand, embracing them, and loving them.

Community Outreach
Our Community Outreach team hosts events like Celebrate America, Backpack Giveaway, and Love Our City Christmas to provide resources to families in need. On a practical, day-to-day level, we partner with senior care facilities, homeless organization, and others to empower individuals.

School Outreach
Through school partnership, we are expanding our initiative by increasing the number of campus clubs we run, hosting more proms and events, introducing education programs like Reading Buddies and Kids Helping Kids, offering free homework assistance on campus, and continuing to partner with more schools to bring the resources we offer at the Destiny Community center to them.
